I'm a creative content producer with a deep love for video and content marketing!

With ten+ years of combined professional experience in digital & social media marketing, award-winning sports production, documentary filmmaking, project management & creative strategizing; I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to helping a brand shine and bringing creative ideas to life!

 

From pre to post, I hold a strong understanding of how to drive large and small scale projects through from concept to completion! I've taken a proactive approach to everything I've accomplished so far in my career. Implementing workflows, spearheading campaigns, growing brands, adding value as a highly skilled storyteller; and overall executing with consistency! I hope to continue collaborating with like minded professionals and bring to life unique ideas that capture the attention of audiences.

Awards & Achievements

Produced video content to support the Veterans Land Board's multi-platform social media engagement campaign through 2021; reaching 1.6 million Texas Veterans with over 4 million post views and earning 14 international marketing awards from the programs listed below.

Earned two prestigious Southeast Regional Emmys with her team at Gamecock Produtions.

The first in the category of “Outstanding Achievement – Television News and Program Specialty Excellence – Sports, One Time Specialfor the men’s basketball Gamecock Confidential “Back To Basics.”

 

The second for the highly popular “It’s Great To Be A Gamecock” series, promoting the 2011 record-setting football campaign, in the “Outstanding Achievement – Television Special Achievement Excellence – Commercial” category.

Sports Video Group (SVG) and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) join forces to name the College Sports Media Awards. In the 2011-2012 season, Gamecock Productions won awards in two categories, including in the “Collegiate Athletics, Promotion, PSA or Video Marketing Campaign” category for the “It’s Great To Be A Gamecock” campaign, while also earning the award in the same category for “Collegiate Students” for the “Gamecock Softball Intro.” 

Chelsea and her team at Gamecock Productions also received 7 Telly Awards in 2011. Including 2 Silver awards, and 5 Bronze awards.

-Edit short films for a comedy YouTube channel called "Black Hole Humor". Which produces weekly short form videos.
- Organize multi-camera edits involving heavy audio/video syncing, proper organization of clip scenes and takes, color grading, audio mixing, proper codec and format knowledge, and the ability to edit according to script to achieve the desired result of the producer/director.

Chapin Middle School Honors Drama Department
Editor May 2014, 2015


-Edited music videos from client footage for a middle school drama department's end of the year showcase(s).
-The bulk of this project was working with Green screen footage.
-Edited mashups of multiple music tracks.
-Delt with out of state clients on a daily basis for this project.
-Created graphics, incorporated sound FX and color grading for each video.

48 Hour Film Festival 
Volunteer-Lead Editor/Production Assistant, July 2014


-Helped plan, produce, and organize crew members, props, and equpiment for a short film submitted for competition in The Austin Film Festival.
-All writing, shooting, post production completed within 48 hours.
-Archived and organized files simultaneously while on set.
-Lead editor for the project, in charge of editing scenes while on the go for 24 hours straight.
-In charge of audio and sound FX mixing, as well as incorporating special FX (from our effects team) and music composition into the film.
-Successfully worked together as a group to write and integrate dialogue into the film.
-Successful completion and submission of short film before the 48 hour deadline.

-Assisted with HGTV's Dream Home 2013, "Behind the Build" 1 day shoot in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
-Assisted with equipment management, logging of interview dialogue and other minor tasks.

Telemundo
Production Assistant, June 2012


-Assisted on a one day shoot with Telemundo's Siempre Mujar Music Festival
-Assisted with equipment management
-Assisted with set up and tear down of set in different locations
-Camera operators assistant for actual festival.

Juma Entertainment
Production Assistant, May 2012


-Assisted with a two day documentary/episode shoot called "Deceived" on former baseball/football player Cory Jenkins in Columbia, SC.
-Responsible for maintaining call sheet and appearance releases for talent.
-Acted as a guide for different shooting locations around Columbia.
-Assisted with set up and break down of set equipment.
-Maintained professional relationship on and off set with production crew and talent.

Central Carolina Performing Arts Center
Videographer/Editor, February 2012


-Used multiple camera angles to shoot and edit a music video/dance piece for CCPAC in support of Relay for Life.
-Organized and shot interviews for the storytelling portion of this piece.
-Worked closing with director and choreographer for creative planning and implementation of the shoot.
-Made and distributed DVD copies of the video for Relay for Life supporters.
